  4. Add soaked chickpeas and salt. Add water and adjust consistency as required. Now close the lid of the cooker and take 8 to 9 whistles..
  5. Now open the lid and add coriander leaves, for garnishing add onion rings..
  6. Serve hot chhole with Puri's or Bhaturas and boondi raita..
