  1. Prepare 300 gm of all-purpose flour.
  2. Prepare 150 ml of water.
  3. You need 150 gm of sugar.
  4. Get 5 of Kesar/ saffron Strands.
  5. You need 200 ml of ghee (clarified butter).
  6. Provide 1 packet of eno.
  7. Get 50 gm of curd.
  8. Get 1 pinch of orange colour.

  1. Take a bowl mix all the dry ingredients except eno.
  2. Then add water in the wok & sugar let them heat on the high flame until sugar dissolves in the water & we get little thick consistency of syrup.
  3. Then heat the pan add ghee into it...
  4. Now add eno in the batter,stir it the batter gets fermented very fast due to eno.
  5. Now pour the mixture into the sauce bottle.
  6. Then make the round shape of the Jalebi at low flame into the ghee.
  7. Let them fry at low flame till the Jalebi turns light orange in colour.
  8. Now put the Jalebi into the sugar syrup then remove it into the plate.
  9. Our easy quick jalebis are ready..
  10. Serve it hot with rabri.
